Placement proposals to be sent by email

• Registration documents will be sent by email
• You will receive the registration invoice in a separate email
• The participation fee is due in full upon receipt of the registration invoice, no later than 1 February 2027.
• Invoices issued on or after 2 February 2027 are due immediately; this also applies to all other invoices from Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH.
• The payment terms stated on the invoices from Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH are binding; please note the bank details provided!

Please update your media entries in the Online Service Centre (OSC) by 5 April, 2027 at the latest. Any information submitted after this date cannot be included in the printed catalogue. You will receive your login details by email along with your registration confirmation.

• Please place all technical orders via the Online Service Centre (OSC) by 15 April 2027 at the latest. Orders placed after this date may result in delays with the set-up and late delivery charges from our service partners. You will receive your login details by email along with your admission confirmation.
• The free exhibitor passes will be made available for download in the download section of the Online Service Centre once all invoices have been settled.
• Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered via the Online Service Centre.

Wednesday 5 May 2027:
7am–8pm

Early set-up is only possible in consultation with the project management and can be applied for via the OSC (subject to a fee).

Sunday, 9 May 2027: from 6.15 pm

Monday, 10 May 2027 to Tuesday, 11 May 2027: 7.00 am–8.00 pm

Early dismantling is not permitted under any circumstances. Please note the information in the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of non-compliance, MFN reserves the right to take disciplinary action.
