In times like these, many things are not as they normally are.

Nevertheless, together with our exhibitors and partners, we would like to create a TUNING WORLD BODENSEE in strict compliance with the state of Baden-Württemberg’s COVID-19 ordinance, where all guests can feel as safe as possible.

No, tickets may only be purchased in our online ticket shop for a specific day. Each ticket will only be valid for the person named on the ticket.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is canceled by Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH. In this case, the visitor will be automatically refunded the purchase price of his/her ticket.

Due to the comprehensive visitor registration measures in place, we are unable to offer any combined tickets.

Prior registration is required for all persons entering the site. Registration is completed in the course of purchasing a ticket in our online ticket shop. This will enable us to control the total number of persons on the site and to trace and contact each of them should any COVID-19 infections occur.

No. Guest tickets and voucher codes must be converted into personal tickets in our online ticket shop.

In enclosed rooms, all persons 6 years of age or older must wear a mouth-and-nose covering at all times.
Mouth-and-nose coverings are not mandatory:

  • at each of the stands, provided that the exhibitor has ensured that the minimum distance of 1.5 meters (approx. 5 feet) between persons can be maintained at all times,
  • in seating areas, provided that measures have been taken to ensure that the minimum distance of 1.5 meters between persons can be maintained at all times,
  • for employees, provided that they are working at a location where no visitors are present,
  • when availing oneself of gastronomical services (i.e. when eating and drinking),
  • when other equipment that provides equal or greater protection to other persons is present.

Everyone must bring his or her own mouth-and-nose covering, as they will only be available for purchase in exceptional cases.

Additional disinfectant dispensers will be positioned at all entrances and in all hall gangways. Disinfectant dispensers are permanently installed in all WC facilities.

Messe Friedrichshafen recommends that every visitor to the exhibition grounds observe the preventive measures of the FEDERAL CENTRE FOR HEALTH EDUCATION (BZGA) and the hygiene recommendations of the ROBERT KOCH INSTITUTE. The official social distancing and hygiene rules will apply, and it will be the responsibility of each individual to observe them (i.e. staying at least 1.5 meters apart, hand hygiene, mount-and-nose covering, sneezing etiquette, no-contact greetings).


Persons who are in contact with a person infected with the Coronavirus, or have been in contact with a person infected with the coronavirus within the past 14 days, or who present the typical symptoms of a Coronavirus infection are not allowed to enter the exhibition grounds.

TUNING WORLD BODENSEE will have a different hall layout from that to which you are accustomed.
The entrances, our allocation of space within the halls, path guidance measures, etc., are being adapted to comply with the COVID-19 ordinance (Corona-Verordnung).

Our catering facilities on the exhibition grounds will be open. Messe Friedrichshafen's gastronomy and catering partners have adapted their food service concepts to the current circumstances and have been complying with the currently valid COVID-19 ordinance (Corona-Verordnung).

No, reservations are not possible, registration and payment take place on site upon arrival.
